On September 24th, the "3rd China Prefabricated Building Industry Development Summit Forum" was successfully held in Hangzhou. OPEN strongly supported the event as an executive director unit of the National Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

The forum, themed "Intelligent Construction·Collaborative Integration," invited numerous well-known domestic real estate companies, experts, and industry professionals to discuss the development trends of the prefabricated building industry.

Mr. Ye presented a topic titled "Smart Steel Structure Buildings Empowering Green Buildings" at the forum, introducing OPEN's innovative product "YouLei Slab" and its applications in civil buildings. The YouLei Slab features a simple structure, formwork-free, minimal support, lightweight, and easy installation. Compared to concrete composite slabs, it can save over 10% in overall costs.

This conference provided a platform for cross-industry and cross-regional dialogue and exchange.
