On May 30, the 2019 Jinshan District Technology Festival was officially launched.

Chen Ming, Chairman of Open and a recipient of the fourth batch of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program," attended the event and shared his views on innovation during the meeting.

"I am a star chaser, chasing academic stars, seeking to take photos with academicians," Chen Ming's remark caused the leaders and academicians to burst into laughter, and they happily took photos together.
